The Full Spectrum of Human Rights
In addition to our work in the areas of Digital Rights and Intermediary Accountability, Human Rights and Home and Censorship and Media Independence, the Clinic works on human rights matters across a wide range of subject matters. Drawing from our broad-based expertise, the Clinic supports students, civil society organizations and UN bodies in addressing a variety of human rights challenges. For example, the Clinic has worked on issues of corporate complicity with the persecution of Uyghur Muslims and other ethnic minorities in China and has conducted research and analysis for the UN treaty bodies and the current mandate of the UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of opinion and expression.
